Air-Conditioned venue at Floral Hall, Shelby County Fairgrounds, Corner of KY 53 and US 60, 1513 Midland Trl, Shelbyville, KY 40065 – handicap accessible with concrete floors.

Event is family friendly. Sighthounds welcome with public. Vendors may bring other breeds if well managed.

Vendor categories are: Greyhounds, dogs, pets, or craft categories. Booth preference is given in that order.

Registration is for approx. 10 ft X 10 ft booth with aisles on front and 1 side of booth.

Approximately 22 standard booths can be accommodated.

 Contact if you would like a larger booth (limited availability).

 Standard registration is $30 PLUS a donated (approx.) $15 item for silent auction (bring item to setup) 

Vendors paid prior to June 30th will be listed in event booklet and on

 Registration is open thru July 19 if spaces remain available. Call 502-536-7594 if requesting space after July 14. 

Water and soda is provided to vendors.

Please maintain the integrity of your booth‘s footprint by keeping aisles clear. 

Please furnish your own table drapes, even if you rent a table from KyG.
 Refunds, less 10% handling fee, will be honored for cancellations prior to June 16. Otherwise your prepayment (booths or lunches) will be considered a donation. Thank you.

 Refund will be offered if event is cancelled. 

Compliance with county and/or state ordinance, all taxes and laws is the responsibility of vendor. 

Booth hours are Saturday 10 am – 5 pm. 

Setup: Friday 6 pm – 9:00 pm and Saturday 8 am – 10 am; Teardown: Saturday after 5 pm.

Reasonable precautions will be made to protect your items. Security will be provided by volunteers during setup. Building is locked when not open to public. You are ultimately responsible for your items especially during event & during teardown. Kentucky Greyhound Placement or Greyt Fest will assume no responsibility for any loss due to fire, weather, theft, damage, etc. which might occur.

- T-Shirts may be purchased prior to Greyt Fest and will NOT be avialable for purchase at Greyt Fest.  

- If Greyt Fest is cancelled to the COVID-19 Health Crisis or if you prefer not to attend, your T-Shirt order will be mailed to you.

Advertisements as well as memorials and honorariums are welcome. Event booklet is published in black & while. In addition to the advertisement in the event booklet your company logo will go on the site after payment and logo receipt to give it optimum exposure.

All levels include your B&W logo on signage at the event, banners, event t-shirt, etc., & event booklet. Color logos are accepted for the sponsor section of the KyG site.  Ad sizes are based on sponsorship levels shown below:

camera   Please submit camera ready pdf file, by June 19 to ensure inclusion on banner. The deadline for the event booklet and on-line booklet is June 30, late entries may be accommodated. Sponsors have until June 30 to submit their logo for the t-shirt. Event booklet and t-shirt logo will be printed in black and white. The logo for the website inclusion may be submitted in color. Items shipped must received by 7/15/2020, or delivered to Flora Hall on July 17.
